We're disappointed that we won't have a Fiesta in 2022. This information remains for historical purposes, and to give our visitors an idea of what might happen for the next Fiesta.
how much is registration for fiesta 2020?
Registration consists of a couple different price points:
- Early bear special is $99 and only available through July 7th 2020.
- non - members after July 7th 2020 is $139.
-for members of bears of the old pueblo and bears of the west registration is $129 after July 7th 2020.
-$75 LOCALS ONLY volunteer pASS is limited to 15 slots. thiS SPECIAL requires 8 hours volunteer time throughout fiesta, and is available till slots are filled.

what are event passes?
event passes are only available for one specific event. this year we have two event passes available:
-Bear banquet/ comedy show is $25. includes dinner and a show, and is limited to 15 passes. this event takes place saturday, september 5th, 2020 at 7pm. tHE MONTEZUMA BANQUET ROOM IS LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE POOL.
-bear pool party is $20. includes all day pool activities and taco bar. this event takes place sunday, september 6th, 2020 from 11am-6pm.
these passes are only available same day as the event and can be purchased at the registration table, located in saguaro room a, of the hotel.
what transportation will be provided for fiesta?
Transportation to and from excursions will be provided via the front entrance of the hotel. signage will be posted at the pick up and drop off site.
- look for T&C* which will be highlighted in red next to the events in which transportation AND CARPOOL will be provided.

what is hospitality?
The hospitality suite is available to all registrants and is located right next to registration in saguaro rooms b & c. it is filled with refreshments available till 2am friday-sunday. please be courteous of others. the hospitality suite is a common area for fun, entertainment, and bringing the social media personality, to reality. please be respectful and re-frame from any other materials than what is provided for entertainment.

Fiesta's friendly staff of VOLUNTEERS AND OFFICERS CAN ASSIST YOU WITH QUESTIONS AND DIRECTIONS. aLL INFO ABOUT EVENTS AND EXCURSIONS CAN BE FOUND IN THE HOSPITALITY SUITE. THERE WILL BE AN INFORMATION TABLE AND FIESTA VOLUNTEERS TO ASSIST YOU WITH ANY QUESTIONS. what does a volunteer and officer look like? im glad you asked!
